Upgrading from the dreaded 5450

Hey, I'm currently running an AMD Radeon 5450 512mb graphics card in my system. Any recommended upgrades? I want to play some fairly new games with... good enough graphic settings.

My system is as following:
Core 2 Quad Q6600 @3.2ghz Processor
Asus P5Q-E Motherboard
400w Generic Power Supply
4gbs Corsair DDR2 ~1ghz Ram1
Radeon 5450 512mb Graphics card (For now)

My case has no size limitations whatsoever, looking for a price of around $50. A lot to ask, but I figure someone out there is up to the task. Thanks. 😉
