I have about $600 to spend, I mainly play World of Warcraft. I would like to upgrade my CPU and Motherboard, along with monitor.. Any suggestions on a brand/model would be greatly appreciated.

What do you make of the monitor I am currently using? Model: Samsung (SD32D850) I'd like to get something that has G-Sync capabilities.. A 27 inch monitor is the smallest id go. Any other CPU's or MBU's you'd recommended? Those seem old

Your initial post did not have your system details. I would say, look into the used market for a 4770/4790/k in good condition, and that will give you plenty of performance increase on your current platform.

Current gen. platforms do not support DDR3 anymore. You will need DDR4.

Or should I just got with the AMD - Ryzen 5 2600 3.4 GHz 6-Core Processor?
Any other motherboards you can recommended? I feel like my evga 1070ti is bottlenecking with the set up I am running.

Unless you are overclocking heavily, the stock cooler is pretty sufficient to run it. If you want to overclock heavily, you should go with a x470 board. They come with better power phases and VRMs...

What are your opinion's of these three/four parts? Are they compatible? Is there a different part you'd swap with instead?

Looks like a pretty good setup. Rock and roll with it. I assume you know you'll need a gpu for it to work?
