I want to upgrade my current pc for some new upcoming games and my current pc is not handeling these years games well so im looking to see what i can upgrade with a 200 dollar budget

Pc specs

CPU:AMD A8-5500 3.2 Quadcore
GPU:GTX 750 1GB ram Super OC
RAM:4Gb ram 1600
PSU:300 Watt's

Not looking to run every game ultra and 60 + fps
just looking so my games run well on mid and i get 40 fps and higher


 
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/VkhMsY I really hate telling people to mix ram, so pick a 4x2gb kit if u can afford another couple of bucks above 200 but this would be an upgrade... And you could upgrade your gpu later if u needed to.

Do you have any details on your PSU? I'm assuming a generic 300W that came with the case? To be honest, I wouldn't look to put any money into a rig running a generic 300W PSU. With the i3 build listed, plus your GPU you'll have a potential load of around 200W, and if the quality is not there in the PSU, you'll probably not run as expected (best case), or potentially damage the components.

Plus, replacing a motherboard would require a new OS too....
