Alright, I'm looking at some new things to get for my PC. But I dont want to break anything.... People say its hard to break something in the computer. The link below is a link to my PC build. I'm looking to improve my FPS. So, upgrading my GPU would be one. And aswell as my ram.

PC Build: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/Drn9t6

I edit videos and use C4D. So I need fast ram, and someone told me my ram was slow. But I dont know this stuff

I mainly play ArmA 3, and I'm currently getting anywhere from 20-30FPS on custom settings. Just looking to record and be able to run games at high/ultra settings.

your card actually isnt half bad i would keep it.
through out that 1333 RAM from corsair and get at least dual channel with @ 2400
you can also update your mother board to a z97e-usb3.1
e.g. https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/Z97EUSB31/
will support higher ram speeds
you can over clock your cpu if you havent already.
arma 3 is not that intence you should be getting better FPS that 20 maybey lower you how far you can see so it dosent render stuff that is out of sight or 20 klicks away . ..
if you want to upgrade you GPU the next higstet one worth upgrading to would be a 780ti or a970 =300+$ but some how i dont think thats your problem, mabey reseat your cooler an make sure you cpu isnt throttling..

Alright, I'll take a look at what you suggested. And yeah, I've been told my ram was alittle slow. So I'm looking at faster ram. Could you possibly link what kind of ram you suggested?

I haven't messed with my GPU Tweak settings that came with my GPU. I haven't overclocked anything. But I think every now and then my temps on GPU tweak change. And I dont know why.

I was possibly looking at getting a second GPU. But I dont know if that was make much sense.

i got these and they are fast they run at 2400 with xmp profile1 so you wont need to change any setting manually. and youll have deul channel kit, and you wont have to worry about updating for quite some time, just buyem and forget about ram problems for the next 3-4 years.
(once you get these you litrally need to take that other stick of ram and toss it caus it is really slowing you down and if you leave it in the system with the new RAM, it will slow them down too cause the ram can only go as fast as the weakest "link" FYI)
make sure you have the lastest version of GPU tweak.

you card will automaticly over clock as needed so when you in a game itll ramp up and in windows it slows down so if you see your card hovering around 300-500mhz, thats normal cause it just in idle, when it need more power it ramps up. if you oc it, it will ramp up to that oc under stress, in that situation as well. totaly normal.
your cpu is good, your motherboard isnt bad, i really think the onlything your lacking is ram and youl be set. the i4770k is really non need to oc cause its already powerful enough for anthing you through at it. up date nvidiea drivers regularly.

Would I need to update my motherboard? For the ram.
