Hello, I purchased a cyberpowerpc gaming desktop about two years ago: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/cyberp...b-hdd-240gb-ssd-black/6362425.p?skuId=6362425
My graphic card is now broken and now I got GTX 1660 super as a replacement.
I thought it would be simple enough to just change GPU until I found out I need an 8 pin from PSU but since my old graphic card (RX570) did not require any (possibly drawing power directly from the motherboard?), I am having a trouble installing. Could anyone please give me a feedback on how I should go about this? I am a complete noob... I am sorry.

RX 570 should have had 8pin pcie power connector.
If your card didn't have it, then you probably had a different model graphics card.

What's the PSU model name in that cyberpower pc?
GTX 1660 super requires minimum 450W PSU. You may need to get a new PSU too, if your unit doesn't meet the requirements.
