Upgrading GPU (I want ~120 FPS for Battlefield 4)

So I'm upgrading my graphics card. One of my 570's is currently dying (I have two in SLI) and I figured I'd use the excuse to go ahead and upgrade. I just want to know what card(s) can give me around 120 fps performance on Battlefield 4 (medium or high settings), and still be good for games to come in the next 1-2 years. I'm not looking for bragging rights, I just want to get good performance for what I pay for. I don't mind SLI as I currently have it with my 570's and I've had a good experience for the most part using SLI. I was thinking about getting a stock 290x but it runs too hot and too loud (something I dislike about my 570's) from what I've read, so I'd rather move onto something that runs a bit cooler and quieter.

I have a 950 watt PSU, i7 2600k CPU @ 4.0, Asus P8P67 PRO mobo, 16Gb RAM and I game on a VG248QE (1920x1080 @ 120hz).

Ideally I'd like to get 120 FPS in BF4 but anything over 100 would be fine. So I'm flexible in that area

I've been thinking about 770's in sli, a single 780ti, or perhaps a 290x with a custom cooling solution although if I'd appreciate it if someone could point me to a guide on what options I have for aftermarket fans and what not. Also, I'd like to keep the cost below $770 (with taxes) if possible.

For bf4 as of now GTX 780 Ti is the fastest single card that can handle it. second is R9 290x.

if you want the fastest "as of now" go for GTX 780 ti, But if you can wait until the non reference of 290x and Mantle comes out i guess it will have a different result, but we can never be so sure though. You might consider it because they promised that bf4 will be one of the games that will benefit from mantle.

But with those 2 cards you can never go wrong either of them, just don't get the reference 290x I guess it will be released this month. but if you can't wait check this. http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/r9-290-accelero-xtreme-290,3671.html

Hello. I got two R9 290 cards and I get 120fps average on 64 player BF4 ultra settings. You won't even get close to 120fps average with a Single gtx 780ti, but you could get easy 100+ fps with R9 290 crossfire. I personally bought R9 290 crossfire for the performance per dollar and because I will buy accelero xtreme for christmas. So I recommend you to wait for R9 290 crossfire non reference or R9 290 crossfire reference and buy arctic accelero xtreme iii.

?? I get solid 120 fps, worst it goes to is about 107 (not counting major levolution events then it's around 91) on custom settings (some ultra some low) with a gtx 760. Why would a 780 ti be unable to handle medium high settings?
