Post all your specs inlcuding the PSU since its an old system you need an cable that is 1 x 8-pin PCIe to connect PSU to the GPU but since your 1050 dont have cables then we need to know the PSU has any to power it up or be able to run it!

I may be wrong but with dell they do there computers there way and I would not even trust 2060 on that computer with that PSW if your trying to make the computer where you can games on those specs are to low!. Since its an old computer dont think it would run 2060 and wont have enough power and dont think you can add cables onto dell PSU!. Also your PSU is 250W so 100% wont run. I would suggest getting prebult 2060 computer with upto date specs!
