Upgrading graphic card

Hi , i want to do an upgrade to my graphic card and i would like to know whats the best case to go with.
My PC configuration is:
MB: MSI Z87 MPOWER MAX
CPU: Intel Core i7 4770K
CPU Cooling: Cooler Master Seidon 240M
RAM: Kingston HyperX Beast 16GB (2x8) @ 2400MHz CL11
GPU: Sapphire Radeon R9 290
SSD: Samsung 840 Pro 256GB
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 500GB , 7200RPM
PSU: Cooler Master 1000W Silent Pro M2
CASE: Corsair Obsidian 650D

First of all , is it worth to do GPU upgrade on this system and if it is , should i go with GTX 1060 or with AMD RX 4xx.

Of course it's worth it to upgrade your GPU.
Your PC is a beast even a TITAN X won't be bottlenecked.
