Theres more details in the article about there exact settings. If it fits its up to you if its worth the money.
About the 500w vs 430w psu, its never a bad idea to have headroom. As PSUs age they start to drop the amount of power they can output and its always good knowing you can potentially upgrade later on down the line. My 500w psu has survived 3 builds at this point, still haven't had to upgrade it.

The 750ti does not require an external power connector and only needs a 300w psu(which your system has). I say go for it!
And i respectfully disagree with you look up the card hes talking about fisrt. the evga ftx version of the 750ti requires a 6 pin pcie connecter and at least a 450 watt power supply. you are talking about the low profile 750ti.
Yes, the card may be limited by the amount of processing power. However, he will certainly get a drastic improvement in performance vs integrated. And, its not like he's trying to pair up an R9-290X, this is a reasonable low-middle range gpu.
The card is 9" which isn't that long. I'd say itd fit but it would help to have a picture of the inside. Also double check with a ruler, from the slot brackets to the first obstruction if it will fit.
PSU might be a problem, bottlenecking won't be though.
750ti shouldn't use more than 125w total (75w from PCIE + 75w from 6 pin) i5 4440 is 84w.
At any rate, make sure you measure.
Edit: Editted, didn't know the FTW edition had an additional 6 pin.
@OP just get a normal 750ti, don't worry about the FTW edition.

Thank you somebody that understands i completely agree. But even the small version might not fit in a hp mini case they are tiny.

430w? Only 430w I know of is the corsair CX 430w, if thats the one you mean then check to make sure the price on the CX 500w is out of your budget. In my area the 500w is maybe 5-10 dollars more.
If it is the corsair one (either of them) it will handle it no problem but remember to measure before you buy the GPU.

yeah that is the one im talking about..cx 430...but i have one more question.why should i buy the 500w when the card says it requires at least 400w?by the way thank you all for the answers, i measured my tower and i think that the card would fit well .i will let you know soon!
