I am getting a gtx 970 and wanted to know which one is the best?
Do you think I should upgrade anything else from this build?

Solution
You already have a nice build.

I might worry that a GTX970 will not be a big jump in performance over your existing GTX770.
I suspect you might be disappointed if you don't see magic.
Can you go bigger, like to a GTX980?

As to brands, all the cards have the same chip. They differ in the coling which is not a big deal with Maxwell cards, and with the amount of factory overclock.

I favor EVGA, mainly because of their good support.

Caviar blue is ok, but not the fastest for a "C" drive. Your most satisfying upgrade will be to a SSD.
I like Samsung which has a nice free migration utility.

In my opinion a gtx 770 sli would be worse than a 970 for now. He may want to add another 970 later. The best 970 is eather gigabyte (#1), evga (#2), msi (#3).

GTX770 -> GTX970 = 20% - 25% increase performance.
GTX770 -> GTX770 SLI = 50% - 70% increase performance.

As i said before, OP should consider this option.
