Another thing is I can find second-hand cards (1-2 years old) at much lower prices on the Facebook marketplace. Shall I consider a second-hand GPU? What about packed/sealed OEM cards? I have not bought any second-hand parts before so if you can give me some pointers on that, will be very helpful.
