Upgrading HP Motherboard

I bought a HP Omen 870-224 and I have upgraded the GPU, PSU, and even have switched the internals to a new case. I was wondering if there was anyway I could upgrade the motherboard? Is this possible with a OEM windows 10? Also, if an upgrade is possible (motherboard is an Odense2-k) what uATX motherboard would you recommend (has to support i5 7400 and 2133mhz RAM). What will I have to do if I plan to upgrade the motherboard, i.e steps.

Windows 10 license is probably only valid for the original HP motherboard. You can call Microsoft and tell them what the problem is requiring you to change motherboards. They can tell you if the license is still valid or not.
