i have upgraded my old intel i5-3470, H61Mini, ram 16gb 1066 mgh
with new MSI B450 gamin , Ryzen 3600 ram 16gb 2400 mgh ,with same GPU Rx470

can you advice me about performance with new bundle and tell me your opinion

You selected slow RAM, Ryzen benefits from faster RAM. Return it and get 3200 Mhz or the fastest available per your mobo recommendationsl.

The Ryzen 5 3600 is a very powerful CPU proving 3 times faster than the Core i5-3470. You can calmly keep it in the next four years. The RAM is a good amount; you may wait a little bit for the Radeon RX 7000 and the Nvidia RTX 4000 series which would lower the price of the current generation GPUs. You should not upgrade to anything slower than a Sapphire RX 6600 (take Sapphire because it's the best brand) so that the update is wholly worthwhile. Congrats on the new CPU, it's really a killer! I think you'll be very good with it and that now you should start thinking about a new video card upgrade as to fully bring out the maximum potential of the Ryzen 5 3600 into action! But again, it would be good to wait a little bit so the prices thin out and as I've mentioned get an RX 6600 at the least.

It would be good that in the next 2 years you've upgraded the RAM to 24 GB and have gotten a new much more powerful video card (6600 and above). That way you'll see a huge difference. As I'd said in the beginning, the Ryzen 5 3600 may last at least four years from now without a hiccup.

Although much better than what you started with, at this date it can be considered an entry level PC.

Yes unfortunately that pc is an entry level pc in 2022. On the other side of that coin, you have options. For example I’ve got a b350 board, and was able to update the bios and install a ryzen 9 5900x. So for a good budget price you’ve opened up a lot of possibilities that could last a few years. I’d return the ram for a faster kit as others said. This part doesn’t need to be done soon as the cpu is still fine, but for example I sold my 3600 for about 100 dollars US on eBay. So if you updated the bios, sold the 3600, you’d be able to update to a 5700x or better.

But you are definitely far ahead of where you were. Check what power supply you’ve got currently, if it’s good quality, get a card like the rx 6600 or higher and enjoy the pc. You can always upgrade the cpu later as the need arises and budget allows, but the 3600 should give a good experience.

Oh trust me I get it. Personally I just spent the extra to kind of help max my pc out since I may run it a while instead of updating to a new socket.

That said though, the 3600 will be a nice update for you and then you should a few options for installing a 5000 series cpu later if you feel that is needed.

Ram is double data rate (DDR) so 1200 = 2400.

Most users even don't need so powerful CPU. I think better to spend extra money for good SSD, RAM and GPU

My PC 80% of time work in idle with 5-10 load on significantly worse hardware. 5900x very good, but if you buy only it (without fast RAM, good GPU, fast SSD), you will never use all of it's opportunities

Exactly. You want balance. Keep in mind I’ve had this pc since like 2018 so it’s kind of like an old car where you can keep adding parts lol.
