upgrading Intel G33/31 graphics card

I have just got Affinity Photo but says i need a directX10 compatible graphics card to get full functionality. System spec is Intel Core Duo CPU E7500 2.93GHz.RAM 3GB. Please can anyone advise if possible to upgrade. Thanks
