I currently have two 4gb sticks of Kingston Hyperx blu Ram: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0057Q4AGW/
I can't seem to find another affordable one to upgrade to 16gb of Ram as there has now been a newer version released: https://www.amazon.co.uk/HyperX-Series-1600MHz-Memory-Module/dp/B00J8E92R6/
My question is, if I buy one of this new version, will it be compatible with my current sticks of Ram?

Solution
Only modules that come in the same package together are guaranteed to work together. Even if you buy the same exact thing they may not work together.
Hi,

If you what to take a chance, try to find ram with same voltage, speed (ghz) CAS to up the chance that it will work.

Also try to find same amout of memory or two time less / more ( e.g. 4 GB paired with 2 GB or 8 GB ) so you don't loose dual channel. Look at your user manual to see how to set up what ram slot with what ram stick.
