[SOLVED] Upgrading Mobo and CPU Windows 10?

I am preparing to upgrade my motherboard and CPU from Ryzen back to Intel. I am not changing any storage. My plan is to create a windows install media from the current windows I have installed to a USB then upgrade all of my parts and install windows from the USB. I'm just not sure of the technicalities if this will work or not. I'm not sure if windows will carry the digital key over and install okay or not. Any insight on this would be greatly appreciated. I have tried to search the subject but most if not all I've seen wanted to upgrade without reinstalling windows. I on the other hand actually want to perform a fresh install after I upgrade.
