Upgrading motherboard and CPU

Hi
So ive been thinking about upgrading my CPU and Motherboard for a long time. But since i am not a pro at building PC´s, tho i did build my own. But i have never gone this deep with building one so i feel like i need a bit of help

So ive looked up this new setup
Intel Core i7-9700K OR Intel Core i9-9900K
ASUS ROG STRIX Z390-F GAMING
HyperX DDR4 2666MHz 16GB (2x8)
Corsair Hydro Series H60 CPU Cooler

To hook up with my
ASUS GeForce RTX 2070 ROG STRIX OC
Corsair Graphite 760T Big Tower
Cooler Master V850, 850W PSU

Can anyone tell me if this will work and if it is a good idea? Or am i totally wrong in building this?
And would the CPU overheat?
