Upgrading my 2014 build

Hello people, Last time i built my rig was back in 2014 with these specs mentioned:

Processor-AMD fx 8320
Ram- 2x4 gb 1600 mhz DDR3
Motherboard- Gigabyte GA 990fx ud-3
Graphics card - ASUS GTX 770 2gb oc edition
PSU-Corsair VS 650

I want to build a new pc now , not changing the psu as it still works pretty fine.So i would suggest you guys to help me change my processor,motherboard,ram,and graphics card

My budget will be around -800~1000$ , in terms of inr it would we around 40-50k. Would find it useful if you use the following links below:

Also i would be upgrading my monitor to 1080p as well, please add a good monitor as well as pc in budget, No cabinet is required.
