Hello, Im wanting to upgrade my computer from 2013. It has a i5 4440, a gtx 770 and8 gb's of 1600 ram. I am wondering what parts i should change out first, and if you have some recomendations for parts. I dont want to spend more than 800$ on upgrades.

Interesting, I'll be honest I'm not the best at troubleshooting something that I'm not sitting in front of. I recommend starting a new thread focused just on diagnosing this problem as I don't believe your issues are resulting from needing an upgrade to your hardware.
Is this for gaming? What games do you play and what kind of monitor do you have? Your computer is still pretty good.

I wouldn't upgrade your CPU. It's still perfectly suitable for modern games.
You can double your memory to 16gb if you want, but it won't make a huge difference just yet. Soon it will be more necessary though.
The GPU makes the most sense to upgrade right now, but depending on your games and monitor even that might not be worthwhile.

Got an SSD? That would definitely be a nice addition.

The computer is for gaming. Mostly games like Arma 3, Rust, CSGO. I have two 24'' 60 hertz monitors. I do infact have an 120 SSD that i run my OS from. Which GPU would you recomend if i were to get one?

Definitely either a 1080, 1070, or a 1060

Are you gaming on both monitors at the same time? If so you might want to look into a GTX 970 or 1060 (1070 would be overkill). Rust is pretty poorly optimized and CS:GO is easily handled by weaker GPUs so this would mostly be for improving Arma 3. How are you currently performing?

I usually get around 50+ fps and about 35 on the lowest, but when i have been playing for a while the game starts stuttering and freezing for a second and then working again. What can be the issue for this happening? The stuttering and freezing also happen in Rust and CSGO.
+ I only play on one monitor, but use the 2nd one for TS, skype etc. While playing.

The computer tends to run pretty warm after a while.
CPU: 40-45 degrees celsius
GPU: (Very high load) 70-75 degrees celsius
I dont know if you want the stats for the other parts

Edit: The CPU goes over 50 degrees celsius sometimes.

I have this PSU: http://www.coolermaster.com/powersupply/modular-gm-series/g650m/

Hm. Not a wonderful PSU but not terrible either. Definitely enough power. The capacitors leave something to be desired and I guess they could be failing after 3 years of use, but that's not the most likely scenario. Has this problem always been present or is it fairly recent?

This is a problem i have been getting lately.
