Question upgrading my cpu but I don't know what to choose can someone help?

hello, everyone, I want to upgrade my CPU I feel it's holding back my GPU in AAA games I don't know if the pc needs some tweaking in settings or if it is really the CPU cuz even though the system is good overall but the pc struggles with 1440p gaming on my ultrawide monitor. If I am going with the CPU upgrade I will need to change the motherboard, CPU cooling, and possibly the RAMs as they are DDR4 here is my pc spect :

How exactly is it struggling?

Your cpu cooler seems to be inadequate for cooling down i9 cpu.
For i9 cpu it's recommended to have AIO with minimum 240mm radiator or high end air cooler.
What cpu temperatures are you observing at idle/full load?
Check temperatures with MSI Afterburner.

Can you show screenshots from CPU-Z - memory and spd sections?

sorry I changed my cooler with the CPU I didn't update my spect sorry I am using Corsair H150I pro now
