Note however, that after such upgrade as proposed by Hellfire, GPU will be weakest point of the build. But since changing GPU too is out of question with such budget, it is probably a best way to go.

16 is the basics 32 is better 64 is future proof 128 is server

For ram is 8gb basic and 16 recommended for gaming. The gtx 1050 will do for now,so better spend on the cpu+motherboard+ram as suggested above,that will make it nice for future upgrades so you can leave those alone.

For a gaming rig, a good gaming cpu will serve you better. The 8400 suggested above will serve you well for a long long time across all games. If you want to get Ryzen, then get the 1600 instead. But Ryzen only works better with faster RAM. The 1050 should serve you plenty for now with either the 8400 or the 1600. Aim for the Intel build i listed earlier, or get this Ryzen build...
