Upgrading My Dell Inspiron 1525.

I have a Dell Inspiron 1525. I am looking to upgrade as follows;

Crucial MX300 525GB SATA 2.5" 7mm (with 9.5mm adapter) Internal SSD $159.99,

and

Crucial 4GB Kit (2 x 2GB) DDR2-667 SODIMM $55.99

What I am wondering is if I can upgrade my Nvidia Graphics Card and if so what suggestions do you have?

So it's a laptop.
You can't upgrade GPUs in a laptop.
Only 4gbs of ram is really very little, so... what are you upgrading from?
That's a large SSD, it should provide a.... response improvement, but... not a ton.

Currently running 2 Gbs of ram.

I currently have the Intel Core 2 Duo which is why I was looking to move up.

And you are saying I can't upgrade GPUs, but I read several threads and sites of individuals that mentioned switching/upgrading...

Laptops 99% of the time can't upgrade anything besides RAM and HDDs.
They were most likely talking about desktops.
