Upgrading my graphics card

A few weeks ago turtle rock studios released the new Evolve game, wich i bought, and as dumb as i was,i didnt know that it requierd dx11, wich my current graphics card does not support. So i looked at some gcards and i thougt that hey, this geforce gtx 660 looks good, but im a noob at this stuff, and people are saying that you need a specific type of a graphics card for your system. Oh yea, and my computer is an acer aspire m7721 if that helps. Anybody here who can help me?

The GTX 660 will need a better PSU. If you are running the legacy BIOS, a GTX 750 Ti will not be compatible. You can upgrade the PSU and get a Radeon R9-270X, which will probably work on your PC.

Look for pci express 2.0×16 which is was you have and same for memory standard which is gddr3. You want one with a fan if your going to play evole but if you cant get fan make sure you got good cooling.
