Question Upgrading my old CPU

Hi! I'm planning to upgrade my old rig and I want to have an an idea what to prioritize first when upgrading my parts since I can't buy everything at once.

Here's my current gaming setup

Specification:
Mobo: Gigabyte B85m Socket 1150 gaming board
Proce: Core i5 4590 3.30ghz
HSF: Deepcool Gammaxx 200
GPU: MSI armor gtx960 4gb 128bit ddr5
Ram: Gskill Ripjaw X 8gb 1600mhz DDR3
HDD: Seagate 500gb full of games
SSD: 60gb Corsair
Case: Rakk Sipuac
Fans: 6pcs Rakk Ounos 120mm Red LED
PSU: FSP 500w Tru Rated

First you need better quality psu. Then larger ssd + hdd(now a lot of use 250 gb ssd for OS, 1 tb ssd for games, and 2 or more tb hdd for files, but it's optional look for your needs). Then i7 cpu 4770/4790/4770k/4790k. Gpu gtx 1070 or vega 56 level. Add more and faster ram 16 gb or more. Case, fans, coolers later if you need. With that upgrades you should live few years ahead. Sell old parts.
