I've managed to repair an old computer once thought broken. I'd like to upgrade it so it will play a few games I have. I'd just like to maximize its potential without replacing the motherboard.
The motherboard is an: ABIT AG8-V.
I thought I'd replace the processor with a:
Intel P4 (570J) 3.8GHz 800MHz LGA775
I also thought I'd upgrade the Graphics Card to a:
EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti FTW
Lastly I figured I'd upgrade the RAM to:
Kingston KTH-D530/1G DDR1 DIMM PC-3200 RAM
I've been doing my research solely based off the motherboard requirements, so I don't know if these would cause me to bottleneck or just be entirely too strong for the current hardware.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

So along with this fan, my motherboard will be able to use that particular hardware efficiently?

That link I shared is actually a power supply of that is what you were referring to. Let me reasearch you motherboard a little more and I'll get back to you.
