Hello everybody,
i am in the process of building my new Pc and i have few questions to ask.

My new pc is gonna contain:
i9-9900k
rtx 3080 10 gb Strix oc
SAMSUNG 1TB 970 EVO Plus M.2
HyperX 16GB Fury RGB DDR4 3600MHz
COOLERMASTER V750 Gold 750W V2
and now i'm not sure if i should go for GIGABYTE Z390 AORUS ULTRA (rev. 1.0) or Asus ROG Strix z390-E Gaming
I don't know which motherboard should i go for, and is it better if i go Asus cause i'm getting the Asus card? Does that even matter?
Also, i was wondering if this PSU is gonna be enough, since i don't plan to overclock components, maybe just small ammount, nothing too much.

Thank you in advance!

Solution
GPU brand is independent from the motherboard.
But, if you are more comfortable with support from gigabyte or asus, I suppose you could go that way.
Your build is fine, as is.
I have no opinion on a Z390 motherboard. Likely, all are ok.
Were you able to snag a 3080?
They seem to be sold out everywhere.
Your psu is very good and sufficient.
Nvidia suggests a 750w psu:
They are conservative to allow for lower quality power supplies that can not deliver advertised 750w.

But, why not buy current gen i7-10700K and a Z490 based motherboard?
It should be cheaper and perform similarly.

Don't have any particular reason why i went for i9-9900k besides that i use my Pc 50/50 for Graphic design and for Gaming. Got the best GPU to run games on and i guess went for the second best option right now for Design.
Anyway, i haven't gotten yet the 3080, it's available here every 2 weeks aprox. So by the end of this week i should be able to get it.
Also, my main question was, is going for Strix motherboard or Aorus motherboard matter? Since i went for Strix GPU.
