I wanna upgrade my pc for gaming and streaming and I need some help.

I have thought about upgrading my cpu to a ryzen 7 5800x3d or the ryzen 9 5950x.

+ I know that my gpu is getting bottleneck buy my cpu

if you have any suggestions for a build that could satisfy my needs or help me figure out what cpu I need I would appreciate some advice.

Ssd 970
I7 9700k

The 5800X3D has been going for $300 lately, which is nice.

Depends on the game, in-game settings, and monitor resolution.

To be honest I wouldn't want to upgrade to a dead platform like AM4 for a 5000 Series Ryzen. AM5 has the longevity given AMD will likely support it for 3 or 4 years but it's really expensive with the DDR5, Mobo and CPU combined. I personally might consider a Alder lake DDR4 board, you could get a 12600k and a B660 and maybe even use the existing RAM for probably ÂĽ to 1/3 the cost of the AM5 setup and the 12600k would allow you to get a significant bump on the 9700k for not crazy money but It's down to what you are looking for really.
That would also give you the chance to get a raptor lake 13700k or 13900k cheap in a couple of years to extend the life of the build.

The 9700k is still very capable. Your not happy current streaming setup? Need something with av1?
The problem is when I steam and play warzone 2 my cpu uses 100% and my intake fps wil be very unstable at times. I’m steaming 1920-1080p. So I’m not sure what I can do to make my game run better while steaming
