My build:
CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor ($97.88 @ OutletPC)
CPU Cooler: Enermax ETS-T40-TB 86.7 CFM CPU Cooler
Motherboard: Asus M5A97 R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($89.78 @ OutletPC)
Memory: G.Skill Ares Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($42.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: G.Skill Ares Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($42.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($51.88 @ OutletPC)
Video Card: Zotac GeForce GTX 760 4GB Video Card
Case: Thermaltake VM30001W2Z ATX Mid Tower Case ($42.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Power Supply: SeaSonic S12II 620W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($61.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Optical Drive: Lite-On iHAS124-04 DVD/CD Writer ($16.88 @ OutletPC)

What I want to change to this build is the following:

Replace GTX 760 with a GTX 970.
Replacing AMD with an i7 somewhere around $300-350.
Replace my motherboard with one that supports intel (preferably something better)

I have no idea what kind of i7 to chose and I definitely don't know any good motherboards for it. I also don't even know if the amount of power I have in my PSU is even enough for all these changes.

I appreciate any help at all!

P.S: My Goal is to stream a game like Fallout 4 on locked 60Fps on ultra while streaming without any performance dip.

Will the i5 be okay to stream games like Fallout 4 on ultra without any performance dip?

I currently own the FX-6300 oced to 4.8 it will bottleneck the game.... But how ever i just had a friend build a rig that he can stream fallout at 60 fps he has a i5 6600k.... I7's are mainly for rendering and such game almost everyfsme i can think of does not use hyper threading.. He is also running a GTX 970 but I like the 390x but thats my opinion!

I have a 390x and it is on par with my 980, it also costs more than a 970.

Your PSU is fine for a 970 and probably for the 390x but you should plug your proposed specs into a PSU calculator.

The 6700 will perform better when streaming and gaming, but not sure by how much. It costs about $100 more, than a 6600.

You need to budget an SSD as well.
