Not all 350w PSU are created equal. If it is a quality 350w PSU, you might be okay, but why take a chance. I know the OP...
Depending on your budget, I would opt for at least a GTX 970 GPU and a PSU upgrade to at least 500w (a quality one from Corsair, XFX, Seasonic, or Antec). I'm assuming your budget will allow for this, but you didn't mention it. What is your budget for the upgrade (my options listed would be about $350-375 or so).

TDP: 65W

Max Load: 120W

The motherboard and other devices probably use 40-80W max.

Full Load: 265W

Way within Slow97s PSU capabilities. Everyone way over estimates how many watts their PCs actually use.

I'd have to agree with lunyone, buy a GTX 970 and possibly upgrade the PSU (to 500W) if you have the money, although I think it would work with your current PSU anyway.

I know the OP wants better gaming performance, so getting a bit more PSU now, means not needing to upgrade the PSU later. It all depends on the OP budget. Also I'm not sure what resolution the OP is gaming under, but if it is 1080p or even 1440p, the GTX 970 would be a good budget fit. Moving up to the GTX 980 would be better, but it isn't worth the upgrade, IMHO.
