Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

You need to stylize your thread with info asked of in this thread;
Please mention where you're located, what your preferred site for purchase is and your absolute budget since cheap and budget are relative terms. You didn't mention the make and model of your PSU nor it's age but it's very likely you might need to replace that. Speaking of replacements, you should also mention why you're upgrading.

To be perfectly honest, unless you are getting used parts really cheap, I wouldn't put anything into that system. Regardless, we need to know exact motherboard model, and the ram configuration, as 24gb isn't something that can be achieved with 2 ram sticks. Assuming your motherboard has an Nvme slot available, an SK Hynix P31 1tb would be a nice upgrade, storage wise. If not, the Crucial MX500 is my go to, for 2.5" SSD's, unless you happen to live near a microcenter, and they have a good deal on an Inland professional. If your PSU is good, graphics card is the next logical step, if you goal is gaming performance. What to get will depend on budget and your PSU.
