Upgrading Nvidia Graphic Drivers

Is this really necessary anymore? This last update was about VR headsets. Many before are game specific. Any input would be appreciated.

Not really necessary. Missing a few driver updates really won't hurt. Just update every 3-4 weeks and you'll still be fine.

Is there a website that has more detail with driver release notes you have knowledge of? It seems at this point unnecessary to download these drivers and risk some kind of incompatibility. YET from the beginning of 3d card popularity, it has always been stressed to this day that you NEED to dl the latest drivers.

The *need* is a catch all statement to eliminate possible issues before anyone spends time actually trying to help you

As for the notes....

1. Go to the site

2. Select your card from drop downs

3. Click search

4. Click additional information tab

5. Click on release notes and there's a 54 page document
