[SOLVED] Upgrading PC need decision on casing , cooling and performance

Hi,
This is my PC which i like to upgrade i am having thermal problems.
Processor Intel Core i5 8400
Motherboard Gigabyte z370ds3h
Nvidia GTX Zotac Mini 1060 6GB
Harddrive 3 TB Western Digital
Ram Corsair Value Select 8 GB DDR4 2133mhz CL-15
Powersupply 650 Watt Corsair
Casing Thermaltakev4
SSD Kingston suv400 120 GB
LCD 24' Flatron e2411
Logitech Z313 with subwoofer

I am currently gaming @1080p but some games are lagging like assasins creed odyssey and shadow of tombraider..
which will be the optimal way to upgrade.
Budget is not an issue i just want to upgrade while saving $$$ as much as possible..

My problem is i got gtx 1060 6gb zotac mini version its fan died on me and i had it replaced with a case fan now it is working but the problem is its always 100% usage so very loud and sometime my games thermal throttle at 82-83 celsius...

Q 1) If i change my casing will thermals go down on cpu and gpu?

Q 2) What if i keep using my casing and put 2-4 of this 120mm fan inside it will gpu thermals go down? 12$ each

Q 3) My motherboard is also showing TMPIN3 84 Celsius i don't know what is that should i be concerned and how can i lower it?

Q 4) I have 2133mhz ddr4 ram if i upgrade it to 16gb 3000mhz ram will i see gains in game? 125$

Q 5) If i trade my 1060 6gb for 180 $ and buy 1070 8gb zotac mini for 250$ will it be better?

Q 6) is upgrading 1060 6gb to 2060 6gb for 469 $ worth it price performance wise ?

Yes, 16GB DDR4-3000 would be a worthwhile upgrade.

A 1060 6GB is fine for 1080p 60fps gaming. Your busted GPU isn't worth $180. If you can, wait till July when AMD Navi GPUs launch. Even if you only intend to buy Nvidia, that launch ought to bring down Nvidia prices also.

The new case fans should reduce your GPU temps to normal levels. If not, come back and let us know.

Also, the fan you strapped to your GPU should push more air than the stock fan, so it should run cooler. Case fans are 25mm thick and GPU fans are typically 15mm thick. If the RPM are too high/loud try a fan with a slightly lower RPM.

bro in my country its worth 229 $ for used 1060 6gb i am selling it for 180$ i think it can sell for that if lucky i guess =P its only fan that is replaced rest is original anyway ty for answering my questions
i will upgrade ram , add some 3 120mm fans and will wait for navi 470 $ price tag for 2060 is just beyond my range... specially for 6gig of vram
