Upgrading PC

I have a 2.4 Ghz P4 and a ATI 9600 All in wonder video card, i can only upgrade one. Should I go with a 3.2 Ghz P4 or a Nvidia 6600? They are both around $200. I want to play Battlefield 2, Doom 3, Far Cry, and Half Life 2 with decent frame rates and details.

What version of P4 do you have? If it's the old P4a, with a 100mhz (400 quad pumped) fsb, and your mobo supports the 3200, that may make the most difference. That would be the only case where that is true. $200 sounds like a lot for a vanilla 6600.
