I need some advice on what I should upgrade on my PC

I would get a Q9650(9550?) if you can find one of amazon, if you only want to upgrade your current rig I would get that as it can still handle it's own on today's needs. V series is tier one so good choice . I would get a GTX 970 since that CPU can handle it .
