USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: I'll be using this card for gaming, 100% of the time.
CURRENT GPU AND POWER SUPPLY: Radeon HD 5750, 750W Corsair.
OTHER RELEVANT SYSTEM SPECS: Intel i5-760 LGA 1156, MSI h55-gd65, my ram is a little fuzzy, it's 4GB of Ripjaw ddr3 (two sticks) not 100% sure of speed.
PREFERRED WEBSITE(S) FOR PARTS: Newegg if possible, but I am open to other places I don't "really" have a preference.

PARTS PREFERENCES: Honestly I really don't mind either or. I prefer an Nvidia card over AMD cards though.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: I am currently looking for a card that can run Elder Scrolls Online at max settings (without shadows if need be) at 60 fps, I am aware that this game is still in beta however it is in the final build of its current beta. If you need another game to go off of, I'd say The Secret World at max settings or Crysis 3. Elder Scrolls Online is a very intense game where many people will be around you at all times 100-200 at some points. I need a card that can handle that.
EDIT: I forgot to mention something very important, I would like to use this card to stream also, doesn't have to be running at max settings during streaming but I'd be using dual monitors.
