I have Kingston 4GB DDR3 RAM at 1333 MHz. I want to upgrade my RAM, so buying another 4 GB of RAM of same model. Would I have to reinstall my Windows 7 OS, due to increase of RAM and introduction of new hardware?

Solution
Nope. Just add it, and then check in BIOS to confirm it recognizes it. Actually, you don't have to go to the BIOS; just go to Settings in Windows, then System, then About. It will show you "installed RAM" in that window.

edit: Sorry, I overlooked you're using Win 7, but you can get a similar view by going to the Control Panel and selecting System.
I'm also assuming you know that you need an x64 CPU and a 64-bit Windows 7 OS to make use of that extra RAM.
