Hello everyone, thanks in advance for helping! I am in the process of replacing my PC for gaming. I didn't plan about using any of the exiting parts since I'm planning on a white Hyte y60 build.

Approximate Purchase Date: End of April

Budget Range: Around $1500 for the new build

System Usage from Most to Least Important:  Gaming

Are you buying a monitor: No

Parts to Upgrade: I am planning to sell the old PC to compensate. (Still my full budget is around $1500)

Do you need to buy OS: No

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: I'm using Amazon and Newegg, open to suggestions

Location: DC, Washington, US

Parts Preferences: I am building a Hyte y60 white build

Overclocking: No

My current build:

CPU: i5 9400F
CPU cooler: None
Motherboard: Gigabyte H310m s2h
Ram: 16GB DDR4 @1196MHZ
HDD: 1TB Western Digital Sata
SSD: 500GB Samsung 980 --> will utilize in my new build
GPU: ZOTAC NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti
PSU: Cooler Master MWE Bronze 750W
Chassis: Cooler Master CMP 505

My suggested build:
CPU: i5 12400F - $157
CPU cooler: No idea
Motherboard: ASUS ROG STRIX B660-A GAMING WIFI D4 LGA 1700 - $226.8
Ram: CORSAIR Vengeance RGB PRO SL 32GB (4x8GB) DDR4 3600 (PC4-28800) C18 1.35V - $139.99
HDD: None
SSD: TEAMGROUP T-FORCE CARDEA ZERO Z330 2TB + Use my existing 500GB Samsung 980 - $92.99
GPU: ASRock Radeon RX 6800 Phantom Gaming -$485 yet i was thinking about the GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 3060 Ti Vision OC 8G -$480 only because of its white color will fit the build better
PSU: CORSAIR RM Series (2021), White, RM850, 850 Watt, 80 Plus Gold Certified, Fully Modular -$150
Chassis: Hyte Y60 White -$200

I understand i can get a better overall PC for this value if was not targeting the Hyte y60 white build but i am looking to balance the good looks and performance.

Edit 1: My current monitor is the 24" 144hz Samsung curved with resolution 1920x1080. I didn't settle on the replacement yet. It doesn't have to be an upgrade, just a replacement because i wont be able to take it with me while moving.

Hello, thanks alot for replying! I need a wifi because i am moving and i might not be able to have a ethernet connection so i guess maybe i can get the i512400 and keep the rogstrix mobo so i keep the same budget. I was also thinking about dropping the 2tb SSD and keeping my same old storage setup to save more.

You left out this part in the OP. People need to know your monitor resolution before they can give any advice seeing how this is a gaming build.

Your Monitor Resolution: (e.g.: 1024x768, 1280x1024, 1440x900, 1600x1200, 1680x1050, 1920x1080, 1920x1200 or if you're upgrading please state what you'd want to get)
