im thinking of upgrading my energy take classic with polk t600 for the front L and R with a klipsch R25C center. is it worth it to upgrade? and would it be ok to mix these two?

"Upgrade" in speakers is not really a yes or no answer since no-one really has the same likes in audio. Mixing speaker brands is not usually a good thing, but that does not mean they won't work well together. If you had junk speakers, then you can talk about an upgrade. Since those Energy speakers are not junk, it may or may not be worth it, to YOU. I would not replace the speakers unless I really did not like what I had and knew what the other speakers sounded like already. If you don't know what you are getting sounds like, and you have not been lusting after those speakers all your life, I would just keep what you have until you can listen to the other setup.

You have another post on this also, stick with one thread so things don't get fragmented and people just waste time saying the same thing that's in other threads.

so i ended up just getting the klipsch center speaker, but now theres an issue. i unhooked the old center speaker and put the new one in. The subwoofer stopped working for an hour for some reason. after the subwoofer started working, the back left speaker isnt working. what could cause these issues? nothing was changed except for the center speaker being swapped.

Can't help you with the speaker not working, make sure the wiring is OK to everything, maybe a connection was loose and you jarred it a bit when swapping the speakers.
