Upgrading the pc

I'm looking to upgrade my pc, Disclaimer, I wan't to upgrade my cpy and mobo and I have a 600 watt power supply (let me know if that's not enough.)

Then what is it you feel needs to be changed in your system? Also it would help for a full list of your specs.

Nothing over 300 and I currently have an msi mobo witch idk the name of and an amd 7950k apu. I'm looking to get more frames in arma.
