Upgrading the processor of my HP mini 5103

on my hp mini 5103 is it possible to upgrade to a 2 ghz processor? please help...

No the CPU is soldered to the board.

Even though the processor soldered to the board, if someone was tech savvy enough, couldn't they unmount the processor and solder another one on? kinda like replacing a burned chip on any other circuit board?
