upgrading to a gtx 980 with cx 600 psu

hi, i looking to upgrade to gtx 980 would i need to upgrade the power supply?

Nvidia recommends a 500W PSU minimum for the 165W GTX 980: http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gtx-980/specifications
So, your Corsair 600W CX is fine.

Yes, that is a good card along with several others.

thanks for your reply... i had a feeling that it would have be alright. i am already rocking a 770 lightning which take a lot more power.
