Upgrading to SSD

I want to get a good SSD for my computer. Just curious as to what are some good ssd's. I don't know much about them so some suggestions and why you suggest that specific one would be nice. Maybe about $100-$150 budget.

I own 4 EVO'S and 2 Crucials , they are both decent but the EVO is my first choice.

This drive is just released, and benchmarks show that it is neck-to-neck with the EVO in terms of performance. It uses lower lithography MLC NAND. However, it does not have Samsung's magician software or RAPID mode (which you probably won't use in a 250gb drive). Which one you use is your choice.
