Upgrading Video for Vaio-PCG k23

First - anyone know if you can upgrade the video card in this computer?

Second - same question for the RAM?

I bought this laptop from someone that bought it for their company, and then decided they wanted a different laptop and it came with no instruction manual, etc cetera. I got an amazing deal, considering what they retail for. Any help on these questions would be appreciated.

I looked into it a bit... P2.8 ghz, Radeon IGP (Basically an integrated Radeon 7000 if memory serves), 512 megs of RAM.

Your video is integrated so I doubt you can upgrade it... your memory can be upgraded to 1gb however, but I don't think I'd bother. The only two games I can think of that the memory would make a difference on would be Doom, and Star Wars Galaxies maybe?

You've got yourself a nice laptop there, but laptops don't have much room to grow by nature, nor are they good gaming machines in general, so enjoy it as it is now. Set all your game details to minimum 800x600 (or 640x480 as the case may be) and go to town.
