Uplay wont open

Uplay wont open and keeps saying it has detected an unrecoverable error and must shut down.
im running an rx470 on latest drivers and iv herd there is a problem can anyone please help

dl the latest one and install over existing one.
or backup the local uplay folder (user/appdata/local/ubisoft game launcher) and uninstall uplay, reboot install newest one.
if a game asks which save to use (local or cloud) select cloud.

i did that alreddy but still doesnt work

did you backup the local uplay save (folder)?
then uninstall uplay again, reboot and use ccleaner to clean windows (incl temp files, make sure to uncheck "only delete temp files older than 48h in options),
reboot and then use the regcleaner (ccleaner) and install uplay again.
