Question upload speed very slow,how to fix?

so recently wanted to upload some files and i noticed they upload slow, so i entered on speedtest and on results i got 2mb/s but usually i got around 90/mbs on upload, why did decrease so much? how can increase it again?
-i don't use wifi i have cable

Download and upload speeds will not be the same. It depends on your ISP and what you're paying for. Often times the ISP will only advertise the download speed but for instance you could be paying for 100 Mb/s down but only 5 Mb/s up. Verify what you're paying for with your ISP and if you aren't getting those speeds at least your best best would be to get a technician to come out.

If you are getting what you're paying for the only way to increase your upload speed is to pay for a package with a faster upload speed.

idk, i just tried some vpns but i unninstaled them with iobit unnninstaler so nothing else i did on my internet

i reinstalled the windows and changed the cable now is ok, i think a small wire from the internet cable was damaged , here is my upload speed now https://ibb.co/dJk5zYP

I think the reinstalling of windows did it, and you can confirm it by swapping in the previous cable as the speed should drop. If not, it was definitely a windows issue.
