I have just greated a web site, and need to upload a
file, i have in my documents, how do I do this

Hi,

Files can be uploaded through ftp (file transfer protocol). You will need a
software like Cute FTP or you can use the inbuild features of Windows XP to
do that.

just create a connection to ftp://<your site name> and then login to your
site and then do the normal copy and paste operations.
