Question Uploaded Youtube videos completely freeze, but the player still running ?

In recent videos that I've uploaded to Youtube, I've discovered a strange problem: The video picture and audio freezes, but the player still running. The video files themselves don't have this problem.
What can cause this problem?

More information needed:

Do you mean that others cannot run/see your YouTube video uploads?

Or that they freeze when you attempt to see them yourself?

What player(s) are you using?

Have you contacted YouTube?

In some areas of the videos, the picture and audio freezes for several seconds, but the video time still running during this period, as if the player continue to play the video during this period.
