Question uploading in chrome is impossible

when trying to upload and pick anything to post to a site, when the explorer.exe window shows up, i scroll down a few, and the file explorer freezes and crashes without an error, any help?

ok, now Explorer.exe keeps crashing, and says "Windows Explorer has stopped working"
my computer takes too long to login.
