Question UPS Choice Assistance Please

So, I've been checking on Amazon.com trying to find myself a good UPS for my setup at home. But the reviews on all that I can find from Amazon point to everything from annoying alarms to device failure soon after purchase to overheating and burning electrical smell problems and so on. I'm trying to find an excellent, non-annoying, non-overheating, non-failing UPS that can cover the power of my computer with enough time for me to save everything and shut down the PC properly should the power go out. Please and thank you for any suggestions you may have for me on a really just excellent UPS to get.

Well in that case, I was having a look at this one:

But on Amazon at least it gets pretty awful reviews so is it actually really good to use?
