UPS For My Gaming PC

Hi everyone, I need help with my gaming computer, I live in India where the power surges a lot, for this reason I need a UPS for my build so it doesn't get damaged due to the power.

I use a SU-KAM UPS for a similar build (see my sig) and it works fine for me. It actually is quite old (8 years) and still working A1 so I'd recommend a SU-KAM or Microtech.

My advice: Atleast 1kVA UPS:

if your only worry is power surges, then all you need is a surge protector, why ups?

The problem is that besides Voltage Fluctuation, the power in many metropolitan areas in India is not very reliable. The power can get cut w/o warnings, power cuts are common even in capitals. So to avoid data loss in an unexpected power cut, a UPS is very much necessary.

However, the OP did not mention that as a need, and since the price difference between a surge protector solution and a 1 kva ups solution is substantial (10 times or more), I wanted that clarification.
